The website experience is important, in my opinion, as they carry multiple categories of handicrafts, and finding what you want should be very easy. To enable that they have done a few things, but the search bar feature of the itokri website is the BEST way to look for what you want, instead of browsing through the categories.
They have a broad categorization of - Clothing, Home and Kitchen, Personal Care, Fabrics, Accessories, Stationery, and Gifting.
If you are looking for the latest listings iTokri has, then they have made finding that a breeze with their New Arrivals section.
Post-purchase experience with iTokri
After I placed the order, I received a call within two days from iTokri customer care informing me about my order being divided into two parts as they have different processes for packaging various types of products. And that each part will be shipped separately. Also confirmed if I was okay with that.
I appreciate the information on the same. And given that I had ceramics and breakables, this was something I would have expected from a platform that ships internationally! So kudos to the team.
It took 15 days for the products to collectively reach me, which is okay, but they were delivered in good condition, so I am okay with the time it took to be delivered.
iTokri provides a "Track Order" section on their website, but nothing from their order confirmation email.
What did I buy from iTokri?
Keeping in mind that Diwali is just around the corner I needed to get some diyas, that aligned with my decor aesthetic! I found the most beautiful geometric wooden candle pillars and got them as the starter for my Diwali shopping!
I love propagating my plants! No surprise, So I thought they needed a nice-looking place and grabbed these ceramic magnetic planters for my kitchen. Love the bright blue color on these! The magnets are strong enough to hold onto the fridge with water and the cuttings.
Lastly, the cutest and most off-beat find were these beaded flowers! I love how unique these handmade flower stems are, and they add such a stunning visual to my living space.

The quality of all the iTokri products is top-notch. I was worried about the ceramics and the strength of the magnet for the magnetic planters. The Beaded flowers are beautifully made and look stunning in sunlight. Each different product is carefully selected and is of the highest quality.
