Re’equil sunscreen reequil Oxybenzone and OMC free orange sunscreen SPF 50 PA +++ review
I will have to give this to the Indian skincare brand’s stand in promoting the importance of wearing sunscreen and the Instagram skinfluencers/skincare influencers emphasizing the importance as well.
I am not saying that I wear sunscreen indoors at all times, most days I forget to reapply when indoors, but I attempt to be consistent and I can say I have seen the difference it makes. Now, why am I talking about wearing sunscreen indoors under the hot Indian Sun? It is because I am talking about my go-to sunscreen these days, be it for wearing inside the house or outside! The Re’equil Oxybenzone and OMC-free sunscreen with SPF 50 or as I categorize it the Reequil orange colored sunscreen, is my go-to and all the rage in the Indian skincare community for very good reason.
For this Reequil omc free sunscreen review, let me dive into the details of the product.

Product experience –
I have been using the Reequil sunscreen for more than a year now and it is one of my go-to sunscreens, especially in the Bangalore weather. Mostly when the weather is a bit dry and cold the OMC-free sunscreen feels perfect to layer over moisturizing products and doesn’t pill when applied. I did break out a couple of times when I used this with multiple layers underneath on a sweaty day, so it felt like it was not a right fit for hot days.
The texture of the sunscreen is a bit runny and lotion-like but feels slightly heavy when reapplied or layered with multiple.
The sunscreen takes a bit of time to blend into the skin.
The brand claims that the Reequil Oxybenzone free sunscreen offers protection for 6 hours so I mostly opt for this for the long-lasting protection as I then do not have to reapply.
This is not a mineral sunscreen.
The oxybenzone-free sunscreen lotion from Re’equil is an SPF 50 broad spectrum with UVA and UVB protection.
The re’equil sunscreen lotion is not waterproof, so you will definitely need to reapply after swimming or after heavy sweating because this comes right off if it is a very sweaty and humid day.
Re’equil claims the OMC-free is perfect and formulated for oily and acne-prone skin.

There is a lot of debate seen in Quora and Instagram, on which Re’equil sunscreen is the best so here is my final verdict! The Re’equil OMC free sunscreen is a perfect sunscreen for a winter or a dry cold day when you do not expect to be sweating and want long-lasting protection for oily skin.
I will say the Re’equil sunscreen is good for dry skin as well, even though it is formulated for oily skin, as for my combination skin, this performs very well on sunny and sweaty days on my dry patches of skin.
