Sugar Cosmetics Tip Tac Toe Nail Lacquer in Grays of God review |
Long time no Nail Polish Swatch post,
right!? No worries! Today I have the new Tip Tac Toe Lacquer in Shade number 10
- Grays of God, from SUGAR Cosmetics to review! I received this in the MarchFab Bag.
I also recently changed my entire setup of clicking
nail art and swatch pictures! I really hope you all like the pictures.
Let’s get on with the review of the polish!
Price – 199 INR for 10 ml (Classic
collection)
Packaging –
It comes in a cute box like every SUGAR
product! The square bottle is very chic and different. The cap on the other
hand is not very easy to hold and use, mostly because of the brush.
Product –
The formula has no odor (Relief!) and is a Nine-Free
Non-Toxic Formula that does not contain Formaldehyde, Camphor, Toluene, DBP, Formaldehyde
resin, Xylene, Ethyl tosylamide, Parabens and Lead. After 3 free and 5 free this is the first time
I am using a 9 free! It is really good to know people are getting aware of the
toxic contents of a nail polish and are avoiding it.
A very thin formula which settles evenly
without any streaks. Dries quickly as well, so the next coats can be quickly
applied.
Brush –
A thick brush, enough to cover my nails in
one swipe. Honestly, I do not like thick brushes at all. This is the only
disappointment I have.
Color –
Now the name is “Grays” of god but it
actually is a Lilac color with hint of grey! No shimmer or glitter , glossy
color only.
Longevity –
It stayed on for 5 days with a top coat
with slight chipping.
Pigmentation –
Two coats are required for an opaque
finish.
All in all, I like the nine free formula
and the fact that they have 38 shades and all the shades have name, instead of
just number. A thinner brush would have been better.
My nails are recovering now a bit and I am
working on the blog for the trip which harmed my nails! That blog will soon be
up!
Till then let me know what you think about
this polish in the comments below.
Also , what do you think of these pictures!? This were the result of the new setup! The photographs are not edited one bit!
Criticism is welcome!
Loads of love,
Priyanjana
