So, what comes to your mind when I say luxury?
For most luxury is about something materialistic like
perfumes, costly items, fancy cars etc. but for some luxury is about the entire
living standard and the best way to do that is to target where one lives! No
matter how expensive items one uses in day to day life, where they stay always
carries weightage and in a way behaves like a status symbol.
This time around I had the privilege of visiting yet another
wonderful property of the Prestige Group called the Prestige Silver Oak. This
was the first time I visited this particular area and it was shocking how
peaceful it is right in the heart of Whitefield, Bangalore (that too on a
weekday!).
For a luxury property, the entrance always matters and the
entrance of the Prestige Silver Oak looks no less than that of a 5 star
property with trained security and surveillance of course. If anyone loves
nature, then stepping into this property will surely make them fall in love
because of the greenery everywhere and the entire picturesque setting.
The Prestige Silver Oak encompasses 146 villas, 32
apartments and a fully equipped clubhouse with the usual amenities for sports
and recreation spread across 17 acres of lavish greenery. The apartments have a
separate building but the villas ensure absolute privacy and abundance of
space. The villas are not built back to back and have a space between them.
From the inside, the villas are absolutely gorgeous in
whichever way you look at it: the décor, the planning, the space, the ambient
light etc. The location of the property is such that one can literally walk to
office as ITPL (IT Tech Park) is just a glance away. Moreover, there are
numerous supermarkets, schools, malls and banks in the vicinity so that the
residents have no hassle and need not travel far off. The fact is, this
property is not like an island but is surrounded by other residential buildings
all around so one can say Hi! Without Facebook as well.
Another noteworthy point is that the area in which Prestige
Silver Oaks is located i.e. ECC road (very close to ITPB) is a highly visited
area mainly because of IT parks and has good connectivity with the main city
and the connectivity and options are increasing day by day.
The villas are on an average 4 BHK (G+2 floors) and spread
across 4000 sq. ft. The starting price is INR 2.9 Cr which is justified because
luxury is affordable but never free. Plus, if one considers the social edge
which one gains along with the conveniences at ones fingertips it all adds up!
The villas obviously dominate over the apartments as they
are standalone, provide ownership of land etc. but the rooms inside the apartments
are also impressive as the designing is done by Morph Design Company. The décor
is noteworthy and the arrangements are such that there is a lot of breathing
space and air circulation.
Most of the interiors of Prestige properties and other big
infrastructure projects are handled by Morph Design Company (MDC) and they have
bagged many national and international awards for the same for which their MD
Ms Anjum Jung deserves the praise as it is because of her efforts, dedication
and artistic brilliance that MDC is one of the most respected décor studios in
India. MDC provided comprehensive planning and end to end design solutions for
existing as well as planned infrastructures. Ms Jung is a visionary and her
skills of strategic planning, management and teamwork has transformed MDC into
an industry leader. Moreover, she believes in constant evolution for continued
success and incorporates innovation in her projects.
So, summing up the Prestige Silver Oak is certainly worth
admiring. A few last points to note are that it receives uninterrupted
corporation water supply and provides peace and quiet after the daily hustle
bustle in our lives.
