When you’re
shopping at a place which used to be your candy house of dresses at some point
in time, do you ever feel upset? Do you ever feel like along with you that the
place has changed a lot and do you wish, you could get back to it being the
Candy house again. Something of that sort happened to me last year.
I went shopping
to one such Candy house I had, after a really long time and was very
disappointed. Although the people usually say that it still is, what it used to
be, I somehow do not agree. Since I wanted to buy something from there,
anything at all at one point that day because the voice in my head kept
screaming “How could things be so different” as if my mind was in a
relationship with the idea of this place.
I ended up purchasing
a pair of pants! Animal printed, loud, palazzo pants! It was just that one thing. I usually don’t do
“impulse shopping”, But thanks to the voice in my head, I did that day! And it
had been lying in my cupboard since then. But recently I thought of taking it
out for a spin and finally styling a piece of clothing, which is not at all me!
But stepping out
of your comfort zone once in a while is necessary, so, I did. And it turns out,
I enjoy wearing animal prints!
