I have always said here on the blog that I am not a very big fan of whitening products but when L'Oreal Paris launched their age specific skincare range which also has whitening benefits along with focusing on other age specific problems I thought of giving it a try!
Read on to know what I think...
I received the Skin
Perfect range for 20+, 30+ and 40+ in the second week of march and
started using it after almost three weeks after finishing the previous
day cream I was using. I have used it for a month almost now and here are my thoughts about it.
I have combination skin with an oily T-zone, so I can tell you how this works for sensitive, (recently acne prone) , combination skin.
Packaging :-
The cream comes in a glass tub and the glass tub comes in a box( haa haa haa :P) . The glass tub is quite heavy so I wouldn't advice you to carry this along with you if you are even a little bit like me with glasses (read clumsy)!
Product:-
The cream has a very thick and powdery texture, is very light pink in color. Spreads evenly and has a very mild pleasant fragrance
My experience:-
I hate products that give a white cast and this one does give a ghostly whitecast, but thankfully the white cast fades away after around 20 minutes. So, I do not hate it but I would say I love it.
It hydrates moderately but controls the oiliness on the face. It has UV filters but it doesn't really seem to work on that front. I have to use a sunscreen always. The one thing I love about this is that it didn't cause break outs on my skin even for once!

Must- Have meter -
I would not say this is a must have but if you have an oily skin and want to get rid of slight imperfections like faded pimple marks then you can give this a try. I will give this a 5 on the must have meter since I do not give half marks or else I would have given this a 5.50.
So, have you tried this or the 30+ or 40+?? What do you think of it ??
