Winter is coming!
Oh, did I sound like the Starks!??
(Hello Game Of Thrones Fan here !) Hehehe.
But really, winter IS coming and I
can say that because my skin has started feeling drier than usual and I have
normal skin!
And during the winters I think we
all have one little thing with us all the time, Lip balm! And what if it
doubles up as a lip tint /gloss? It would be great right!?
I have a simple solution for
those who are looking for a product that does both the work, moisturise and add
color to the lips. The Elle18 juicy lip balm in juicy red!
I have been using this almost
daily since the last month and even after being the color “Red”, it doesn’t
look very reddish, so perfect for day wear! Love tinted lip balms !
Let’s get on with the review now,

Packaging:- a cute small transparent tube with a small, black screw
cap. It has an angled plastic applicator with a small whole for the lip balm to
come out. I like the angled applicator. Fits into any purse, doesn’t leak. So,
Perfect for travelling purpose.
Product:- The lip balm is a tomato
red colour, slightly runny liquid. If you apply a little bit, even a big drop
on your lips it hydrates the lips. The color depends on how you like it and is
easily buildable. Smells like caramel
toffees ( remember Alpenliebe ??)
My experience: - I like it very much! But I do not love it. It
lends a bit of color and also a glossy finish and is perfect for a day out if
do not wear lipstick all the time!
And it has
SPF 15 so it is a win win! It
hydrates the lips nicely but not like the Maybelline baby lips (the ones
without color). It does not feel sticky to me at all and I am really very fussy
about the sticky part. It spreads beautifully on the lips and stays for about
an hour (the color).
The best part is my purse smells
like caramel whenever I carry this! :D
