Being a bengali, I have always stayed away from the actual place of durga puja, West Bengal.
I can call myself pan Indian , and I have seen Durga puja in a lot of cities in India and each city has a different charm and a different way of celebrating the puja.
And here in Kolkata, Pandal hopping is a big part,if not everything , of the puja and I have been doing that since the last few years since my college started. This year I was down with fever for two days so managed to go around to just a few places.
