Maybelline Colorshow in bold gold review and swatches
Hellloooo again!
Today I have a versatile color for all the seasons and
occasions, for your nails , from Maybelline !
The shade is a subdued golden shade!
This would be perfect for me for the coming festive season!
Yyyyeeeyyy! Durga Puja is coming! And this year too, stay tuned for the best
idols I come across! Because I will be sharing them here on the blog like last
year! If you have missed out the last year’s Idols, have a look here!
Coming back to the shade of nail polish, golden! Let’s see
the review:-
Package: - The
standard cylindrical bottle with the cylindrical black cap. Cute. The name of
the polish is engraved on the cap along with the shade number.
Brush: - a medium
sized brush, perfect for application. But at once it can take up a lot of
color.
Formula: - I like
the consistency. It doesn’t get all streaky, Spreads evenly and has a bit of
nail polish-y smell till it dries out but not strong as this nail polish!
Pigmentation: - I
love the pigmentation of this color. Just one coat is enough to get the proper
color!
Color: - a
metallic golden color with a slight greenish tinge. I like the finish of the
polish.
Nail art: -
Perfect as a base and even when you want to stamp! I did a nail art as this a
base here.
Longevity:- stays
on for good 4 days with a top coat and for almost 3 days without chipping without a top coat.
Price: - 75 INR
Quantity: - 7 ml
Rating:- 4.5/5
I like these polishes very much as the metallic finish is
just like a high end brand!
I have also reviewed other colors from the Colorshow range. You can see them here.
I am soo excited to go pandal hopping Durga Puja! What is
the festival you love the most!?
