These days I don’t know what is wrong with people! Everyone
is going on and on about the songs of Honey Singh. No offense, but I hate his
songs! Good only and only if you mindlessly want to keep on dancing! And you
will always dance on the music mind you, not the lyrics! :P
I have not heard yet, but this song, pink lips was all the
rage a few weeks ago! Was it because of the song or Sunny Leone, who knows!
But, as far as I am concerned I have gone crazy for ‘pink
lip’sticks :P. And today I have a pink lipstick for you that I love these days!
The new lipsticks from AVON , the ultra color matte
lipsticks, were also quite a bit of rage in the blogosphere and I also wanted
one just after I read about these. But, it was a quite a bit of struggle to
actually get my hands on this! And I must say everything was totally worth it!
So let’s see how it fared under my scanner-
Shade: - Matte

Packaging: - I
love the packaging! Love it! The complete black body, with parts of it as matte
black, is really edgy! And to top it off, the cap has a transparent top to see
the shade! The name is written on the back of the lipstick body.
Color: - it is a
bright, neon-ish candy pink with blue undertone. It gets darker after a few
minutes on lips.
Pigmentation: -
medium to full coverage and hides any pigmentation pretty well. It can be
easily layered and build to give full coverage. It settles down in fine lines
after a few minutes.
Texture and finish: -
It says glide on lips and it actually pretty much glides on lips! It has a
smooth, creamy texture and is very easy to apply. Since it is a matte lipstick,
it should give a matte finish, but it does not. The finish is somewhere in the
middle. Neither it is glossy nor is it completely matte!I would call it semi matte.
Longevity: -
stays put perfectly for almost two hours, and then slowly fades away leaving a
pink tint on lips. Survives light snacking, but not meals. Well anyways, in my case no lipstick can
survive a meal! Hehehe :P

My experience:-
It is one of the lipsticks which even after layering feels comfortable on the
lips. No stickiness, comfortable and light. All in all stays for almost 4 hours
and in my case that is prettyyyy good! This has no fragrance which is a relief
and does not dry out the lips for a few hours but after almost 2 hours I feel
it gets slightly dry with time.
No ingredients mentioned.
I would highly recommend this , because at this price range it is
quite an impressive lipstick.
But availability might be a big issue, like it was in my
case! And also look out for offers!
