Indian nail art blog: Revlon
street wear color rich (41) Be mine swatches and review
After the Maybelline’s
color show nail polishes, these revamped and newly launched Street wear nail
polishes from Revlon became the most raved about nail polishes.
I must say I am really, really impressed with the packaging,
especially with the cute cartoon girls!
They have a few shimmer shades, I did not like any so I did not
pick those up. And the other colors didn’t appeal to me much and I had some
colors already! Why should I buy a dupe!!??
This review has been pending since a long time and I am posting it
today finally!
Let’s get on with the review:-
Packaging: -
Awesome! Hands down! Love the dainty glass bottle , the cute cartoons! Full marks for this!
Pigmentation: - Easily
needs 3 coats. I am wearing 4 coats here, for an opaque finish. I personally
don’t like polishes that need 4 coats to be opaque.
Color: - No
shimmers or glitters. It is a Baby pink
and very, very cute. A perfectly girly color.
Formula: - Oh
god! The smell is awful! Feels as if some I bought some “local wala” nail
polish worth 10 bucks! It gets streaky
after 3rd coat but I like that it finally spreads. Takes a bit of time to dry.
Brush: - Very
thin, I like thin brushes personally. Makes the application precise and easy!
Longevity: - 3
days without chipping. The glossy finish stays on for 2 days.( I like the glossy finish)
To be honest I am not very impressed with these, but it’s
not that I don’t like them, they are pretty good.
Price: - 60 INR
Quantity: - 5 ml
Ratings: - 3.5/ 5
Have you tried these
before?? What do you think of these??
