Premium Luxury Bedding in India | Bedlam review

There’s a certain kind of joy in slipping into bed after a long day—the kind that comes from knowing your space is curated just right, with textures and fabrics that feel as good as they look. If you are someone who travels for work and stays frequently at hotels, then you have and understanding of  the excitement of diving into a soft bedding after a hectic day of working in a new place. The similarity of hotel beds, that’s something a consultant who lives out of a suitcase like me, can find comfort in. 

In my twenties, I never gave much thought to bedding, I thought thread count was not something that fit in my dictionary. But somewhere along the way- after discovering that there are many types of linen bed sheets and options - I realized that learning about thread count and various types of fabrics for my bedding benefitted me. And investing in it gave me the comfort I needed for a huge chunk of my day. That, I’ve learned, is an everyday indulgence worth making.

That is how it is done! Honestly, flattered me as a customer. The attention to detail in the packaging to the experience to ultimately the product is what someone like me, looking to incorporate quality in few important aspects of lifestyle is looking for. 

You know when you walk into a designer store, the product comes later, you are there for the product cause you know they are good, but the journey from the door to the racks is make or break for me and Bedlam has cracked that very code with online shopping! Impressive or not!?

Website and shopping experience 

The website is very minimal. Honestly, this is the only part I would like them to work on a bit, because it is a bit barebones, but has the skeleton for a good online store. Easy to look for what I need. Neatly catalogued products, good product pictures. 

I would love a bit more details on each of the product, or where this is sourced from, the details of the fabric used, etc. 

So an okay experience here when it comes to the website.

Packaging and customer experience 

This is where Bedlam really up-ed their game. The shipping was fast. 

The packaging was secure and fabulously done. 

I ordered the customised sheets from them with Monogram and that came in a minimally designed box and a dust cover, wrapped in paper. 

I was updated throughout the process of shipping. As a customer I was delighted right away.

Product 

The sheet is buttery soft, pure white with minimal black borders. The embroidered Monogram is a great touch of personalization and what can be more luxurious than premium cotton sheets with monograms for me. I am looking forward to the time being spent on my king bed wrapped with the soft sheets . The next step in this investment for me is to get a matching duvet cover to match my back satin trimmed decorations.
